Women in Climate is very personal to me.
For more than twenty years, I have worked at the intersection of climate risk, financial markets, data, and technology. Over that time, I have seen the same pattern play out again and again: women doing some of the most rigorous and influential work in climate, yet too often absent from the rooms where decisions are made.
As climate risk has moved into the core of financial markets, insurance, infrastructure, and public policy, the conversation has become more technical, more commercial, and more consequential. That shift demands leaders who can bridge science and strategy, risk and value, data and decision-making.
I founded Women in Climate to create space for women to exchange professional insight, to make our expertise more visible, and to ensure that it carries real influence in the business world.
This platform is led by experienced women, but it is built with a wider responsibility in mind. The access, credibility, and standards we create today are not only for those already in leadership roles, but for the women coming behind us.
